Anthony (Tony) McAleer is an orthoptist at the Royal Eye and Ear Hospital and is a member of the Orbis Volunteer Faculty (managed by Orbis International). He was a council member of the Health and Social Care Professions Council (CORU) until 2021.
Aran Corrigan is an expert in international development, with a focus on gender, human rights, and governance. Prior to this, she spent seven years working in advertising and marketing. Aran went on to spend over 20 years in Tanzania, working with both an NGO and Irish Aid. She now works as a consultant for Irish Aid.
Bethlehem Girma is a senior inclusive finance expert who has worked in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and rural finance using the market systems approach. She is currently the Finance Intervention Manager for LIFT (Land Investment for Transformation Programme) in Ethiopia. Bethlehem holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Currently, she is pursuing her Masters in Development Practice (MDP).
Clare O’Dea became Chair of Orbis Ireland in 2021. Clare is a Director of Select Strategies. Clare previously worked with KPMG and Ulster Bank Investment Managers.
Donal Brosnahan is a Paediatric Ophthalmologist. Donal is a member of the Orbis Volunteer Faculty (managed by Orbis International).
Heran Tadesse is an experienced gender and public health professional with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit and for-profit organisations. She is skilled in research, policy analysis, capacity building, programme management and mainstreaming gender in the broader aspects of social development programmes.
Jennifer Moulton is a qualified accountant with almost twenty years of experience in aircraft leasing. Jennifer is currently Managing Director of EMEA Sales for DAE Capital.
Joe Conboy is an Aviation Finance Partner at PwC Ireland with 20 years of experience in advising on aviation-related matters. Joe is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
Máire Matthews is a retired Development Specialist from Irish Aid, where her work included a posting at the Embassy of Ireland in Tanzania. Prior to joining Irish Aid, Máire spent 20 years with Concern Worldwide, gaining extensive experience in international development.
Margaret Walsh is a partner at Shiel Solicitors LLP and has many years of experience advising private, institutional and public authority clients.
Paul Boyle is Head of Europe & Africa at Avilease. Paul has held various positions in the aircraft leasing space over the past twenty-seven years, most recently as SVP of Airline Marketing EMEA in Avolon and VP of Leasing in AerCap.
Steven Graham is Head of Europe & OEM at Avolon. Steven has supported Orbis Ireland since he joined Orbis for the Great Ethiopian Run in 2011. Since then, he has been heavily involved in fundraising for Orbis.
