Orbis Virtual Challenge

Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to keep your employees engaged, active, and motivated, while supporting a great cause? Look no further than Orbis Virtual Challenge!

What Is the Orbis Virtual Challenge?

The Orbis Virtual Challenge: Step & Stride for Sight is a virtual challenge throughout June 2026. Participants join as individuals or as part of a company team, aiming to log as many kilometres as possible, —all while raising funds for Orbis Ireland’s mission to eliminate avoidable blindness worldwide.

Whether you're a marathoner, a casual walker or a weekend hiker, this challenge is built for every fitness level and offers a fun, friendly, and motivating competition.

If you prefer cycling or swimming to stepping, you can still get involved! Just log your activity via our dedicated app and it will be converted into steps.

Why Should Companies Join?

The Orbis Virtual Challenge is the perfect opportunity to stay fit, compete, and connect with colleagues. And with the added element of competition between companies, there's even more motivation to lace up those runners and hit the pavement.

  • Boost employee wellbeing
